Javier is responsible for customer engagement, business development, and sales for the LATAM region. He brings over 20 years of experience in business development, management consulting, and market expansion.

Prior to joining Radisys, he held roles across telecom retail and wholesale operators, consulting firms, and system integrators, including Reliance Jio, iBasis, Accenture, and HCLTech. He has developed a strong track record of driving growth and strategic partnerships, and has led the design and deployment of private telecom networks in Brazil and Mexico.

Javier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with honors, from Manchester Metropolitan University in the U.K., as well as an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in the United States.
