Prabind serves as Head of Global Engineering at Radisys, where he leads the company’s global engineering organization and drives innovation across product lines to advance Radisys’ leadership in open telecommunications. In this role, he is responsible for strengthening execution, accelerating product development, and enabling the company’s next phase of growth.
 

With more than 28 years of experience in the telecom and networking industry, Prabind has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams. He has led strategic customer initiatives, launched new product lines, and driven advancements in cloud-native infrastructure, EMS platforms, software-defined broadband access, 5G RAN, and next-generation mobility services.

Prabind holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications and is recognized for his technical depth, operational excellence, and people-first leadership style.
