In this role, Steve will be responsible for leading Radisys Global Sales organization and helping to accelerate the Company’s strategic transformation. Steve comes to Radisys from Sonus Networks where he served as VP and GM of Americas Sales and Corporate sales strategy. Steve is an accomplished executive with a distinguished career in creating and leading revenue producing sales and marketing strategies within highly competitive markets. He brings more than 20 years of telecom experience and strong leadership in selling full systems, solutions and services to Telecom Equipment Manufacturers and Operators.

Fourth quarter non-GAAP net income was $0.9 million or $0.03 per diluted share. Fourth quarter non-GAAP results exclude the amortization of acquired intangible assets, stock-based compensation, restructuring and acquisition-related charges, and non-cash tax expense.
