Radisys understands how critical it is for businesses to assure hardware platform service continuity in the field.  Radisys advanced replacement services provide that level of assurance. Should a customer notify Radisys of a critical failure in the field, Radisys will immediately initiate the process of shipping a replacement—without waiting for the failed unit to be returned to the Radisys repair center.
