Hardware repair: Extended Warranty support covers hardware repairs for the duration of the warranty. All repairs are performed to original equipment specifications by a team of experienced, Radisys technicians.
Replacement products: For products that cannot be repaired, Radisys will provide a product replacement during the Extended Warranty period.
Future hardware support: Updating hardware with the latest technology is covered under Radisys’ Extended Warranty services. If you return a product for warranty repair, Radisys will update that product with the latest technology available.
Next day field replacement: Advance replacement is available worldwide for standard products. Once you notify Radisys of a faulty unit, a replacement product is shipped immediately, even before the damaged part arrives at Radisys.
