Validation and Test Services

RadiSys service professionals are active partners throughout the entire life cycle of your product, from the engineering and design phase all the way to the end of life management. We provide more than just a warranty; we are complete product life cycle support and service.

RadiSys invests in state of the art facilities and expert test personnel to help OEM customers quickly and economically identify and correct product issues before they become costly customer support problems in the field. We use these resources to assist customers in testing RadiSys products in combination with customer and or third party products. Additionally, we are equipped to test with respect to customer specification, published product interfaces and industry standards.

Through our validation and test services, we are able to complete the validation of customer and or third party products configured with RadiSys products. Our compliance testing includes agency testing and NEBS testing. NEBS testing is an expensive and time consuming process that requires specific facilities and staff. We at RadiSys realize the complexities and risks involved in NEBS testing and we are willing and able to navigate through these challenges for our customers. When customers hire RadiSys to oversee NEBS testing they are ensuring our experts will see the product through to successful completion.

For third party validation, whether RadiSys products are configured with your products or another party’s products, we offer two standard packages. Both include the use of the RadiSys lab for the validation effort for 5 days. One package provides 10 hours of assistance from RadiSys engineers and technicians over the 5 days. This package is applicable when your engineers can accompany the configuration to perform the validation. The other package includes 40 hours of RadiSys engineer and technician time over the 5 days. This package is the one to choose when your staff cannot attend the testing.
