Please complete the following form to obtain a Customer Interaction Center User ID. Bold fields are required. RadiSys Technical Support will create your User ID and deliver it to you via email within one business day of receipt of the complete form.

Important Note: You must be an existing RadiSys customer to receive a User ID. If you are not a RadiSys customer but would like to use the Customer Interaction Center, you must first complete the Radisys New Customer Account Application (PDF 1.21MB). If we are unable to confirm an existing RadiSys account when your request for a User ID is received, the delivery of your User ID may be delayed and/or you may be granted limited access to the Customer Interaction Center.
