Brian has held a number of management positions at Radisys including President, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Business Development, Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer. Before joining Radisys, Brian held multiple financial management roles at Tektronix, Inc. where he was responsible for investor relations and numerous finance and accounting functions both domestically and internationally. He has also practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with the accounting firm Deloitte and Touche LLP. Brian holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Communications from Oregon State University.
Allen joined Radisys in 2011. Before joining Radisys, Allen served as Vice President and Corporate Controller for Merix Corporation where he was responsible for Global Finance, Accounting and Investor Relations. Allen has also held financial management positions at Tripwire, Danaher Corporation, Xerox Corporation, and Tektronix, Inc. Allen has over 20 years of public company experience in finance and accounting functions focused on manufacturing, growth and technology businesses. Allen has a B.A. degree in Accounting from Western Washington University.
Andrew joined Radisys in 2003 and is Vice President of Platform Engineering, previously having served as CTO of the company. Andrew has been involved in embedded systems architecture and design for over 15 years. Prior to joining Radisys, Andrew was Chief System Architect at Copper Mountain Networks, responsible for architecture of next generation broadband services concentration and remote access systems. Previously, Andrew was co-founder and Chief System Architect of Oresis Communications, a Portland-based start-up focused on converged voice and data packet switching systems. Andrew has also held engineering management and design positions at ADC Telecommunications and worked in medical imaging systems with OptiMedX. Andrew holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
In this role, Steve is responsible for leading Radisys Global Sales organization and helping to accelerate the Company’s strategic transformation. Steve comes to Radisys from Sonus Networks where he served as VP and GM of Americas Sales and Corporate sales strategy. Steve is an accomplished executive with a distinguished career in creating and leading revenue producing sales and marketing strategies within highly competitive markets. He brings more than 20 years of telecom experience and strong leadership in selling full systems, solutions and services to Telecom Equipment Manufacturers and Operators.
In his current role, Keate is responsible for the business development activities for Radisys. This includes M&A activities, growing adjacent business opportunities, and executive management of key accounts. Prior to 2014, Keate was responsible for managing the P&L for the Platforms Business Unit at Radisys. This included driving the success of the following product lines; ATCA, COM Express, Rack Mount Servers and legacy product lines into the various markets they serve. Prior to Radisys, Keate spent 12 years at Intel where he led various groups in the Embedded microprocessor group focused on the communications segment, embedded software, channel management and product marketing. He is an experienced global leader managing his various teams and customer relationships across the globe. He has also spent several years living and working in China for fortune 100 companies. Keate has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Arizona State University and has extensive experience across the embedded and communications technology markets.
Grant joined Radisys in 2006 and currently oversees the marketing and product management functions at Radisys for all embedded computing products including T-Series COTS platforms and COM Express as well as Radisys’ Software, Services and Solutions including MRF, and Trillium products. Previously Grant led Radisys’ Merger and Acquisitions activities as well as the IT organization. Before joining Radisys, Grant was Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Convedia Corporation where he was responsible for the company’s marketing, business development and product strategy. Grant has also held marketing and product management positions at Newbridge Networks, Bell Canada and Telecom Canada/Stentor and has published papers in IEEE Multimedia and IEEE’s International Conference on Multimedia Computing and Systems. In addition, he holds a US patent related to IP media processing. Grant received a B.Sc. in Computer Science from McMaster University in Canada and has completed postgraduate work at the University of Ottawa in Canada.
Hans joined Radisys in 2006 and currently oversees the SSG/MRF global SW R&D and customer support teams with responsibility for the Radisys Software, Services and Solutions including MPX12000, SWMS and the Trillium products LTE/3G for wireless access. Before his current role, Hans was responsible for Radisys Trillium business development building the silicon ecosystem for LTE and 3G driving joint opportunities for wireless access deployments worldwide. Prior to joining Radisys, Hans was co-founder and CTO for TVAnywhere – a startup focused on delivering video content. Hans was also VP of R&D for Network Equipment Technologies (net.com) where he lead the development for carrier solutions for broadband access and VOIP access. Hans has a BA in Computer Science and minors in Queuing Theory and Economics from the University of California San Diego. Hans was born in The Netherlands and raised in Spain and the United States.
Mac joined Radisys in 2010 from Tektronix where he had worked for nearly 14 years. Over the past several years at Radisys Mac has taken on a series of ever increasing roles leading a variety of groups including Corporate Quality, Technical Support, Customer Service and Customer Program Management. In his current role as Vice President of Operations and Customer Experience, Mac is responsible for driving focus and attention in creating operational solutions that create value for Radisys and its customers. Mac received his Executive MBA from the University of Washington and holds a B.S. in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Montana State University.
Cheryl joined Radisys in 2006 and is currently responsible for all aspects of global HR and organization development to align the people and organization practices across multiple regions to deliver on business results. Cheryl has over 30 years of proven experience, and has held management positions at Tektronix and Mentor Graphics as well as leadership and organization effectiveness consultant roles, both internal and external, to large global organizations and small growing businesses.
