Brian has held a number of management positions at Radisys including President, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Business Development, Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer. Before joining Radisys, Brian held multiple financial management roles at Tektronix, Inc. where he was responsible for investor relations and numerous finance and accounting functions both domestically and internationally. He has also practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with the accounting firm Deloitte and Touche LLP. Brian holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Communications from Oregon State University.
Allen joined Radisys in 2011. Before joining Radisys, Allen served as Vice President and Corporate Controller for Merix Corporation where he was responsible for Global Finance, Accounting and Investor Relations. Allen has also held financial management positions at Tripwire, Danaher Corporation, Xerox Corporation, and Tektronix, Inc. Allen has over 20 years of public company experience in finance and accounting functions focused on manufacturing, growth and technology businesses. Allen has a B.A. degree in Accounting from Western Washington University.
Manish joined Radisys in 2011 with the acquisition of Continuous Computing. Prior to Radisys, Manish was the Vice President of Product Line Management at Continuous Computing. Before Continuous Computing, Manish held various engineering management and architect positions at Intel Corporation, Trillium Digital Systems, and C-DOT (Center for Development of Telematics). Manish holds the patent as a sole inventor of “Configurable Cache” memory system. In addition, Manish has patents assigned for “Method to collect address trace of executed instructions” and “Adaptive Traffic Shaping for Wireless Communication Systems”. Manish is an experienced leader who brings over 19 years of experience in telecommunications product design and development. Manish is a featured speaker at industry leading events including Mobile World Congress, Small Cell World Summit, LTE World Summit, CTIA and Broadband Traffic Management. In addition, Manish co-authored the book “Internet World: Wired, Wireless and Optical Technologies”, which was published in 2010. He is also a featured writer and thought leader in leading telecom publications on wireless, next generation network architecture and emerging technologies. Manish has an M.S. degree in computer science from India Institute of Science, Bangalore and a B.S. degree in electronics and telecommunication from Shri G.S. Institute of Technology & Science, Indore and sits on the Small Cell Forum board of directors.
Amit also held executive positions in field sales operations, engineering and customer service. Prior to joining Continuous Computing, Amit led various engineering teams at Intel Corporation and Trillium Digital Systems, Wipro and C-DoT (Center for Development of Telemantics). Amit brings several years of experience in networking products, architecture, protocols, standards and software for Voice over IP, cellular, broadband, mobile, telephony and data networks. Amit has an M.S. in telecommunications engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kharagpur.
Andrew joined Radisys in 2003 and is Vice President of Platform Engineering, previously having served as CTO of the company. Andrew has been involved in embedded systems architecture and design for over 15 years. Prior to joining Radisys, Andrew was Chief System Architect at Copper Mountain Networks, responsible for architecture of next generation broadband services concentration and remote access systems. Previously, Andrew was co-founder and Chief System Architect of Oresis Communications, a Portland-based start-up focused on converged voice and data packet switching systems. Andrew has also held engineering management and design positions at ADC Telecommunications and worked in medical imaging systems with OptiMedX. Andrew holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
In his current role, Keate is responsible for managing the P&L for ATCA, COM Express, and legacy product lines. Prior to Radisys, Keate spent 12 years at Intel where he led various groups in the Embedded microprocessor group focused on the communications segment, embedded software, channel management and product marketing. He has also spent several years living and working in China. Keate has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Arizona State University and has extensive experience across the embedded and communications markets.
Grant joined Radisys in 2006 and currently leads Radisys’ Merger and Acquisitions activities as well as our IT organization. Before joining Radisys, Grant was Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Convedia Corporation where he was responsible for the company’s marketing, business development and product strategy. Grant has also held marketing and product management positions at Newbridge Networks, Bell Canada and Telecom Canada/Stentor and has published papers in IEEE Multimedia and IEEE’s International Conference on Multimedia Computing and Systems. In addition, he holds a US patent related to IP media processing. Grant received a B.Sc. in Computer Science from McMaster University in Canada and has completed postgraduate work at the University of Ottawa in Canada.
Cheryl joined Radisys in 2006 and is currently responsible for all aspects of global HR and organization development to align the people and organization practices across multiple regions to deliver on business results. Cheryl has over 30 years of proven experience, and has held management positions at Tektronix and Mentor Graphics as well as leadership and organization effectiveness consultant roles, both internal and external, to large global organizations and small growing businesses.
Bobby joined Radisys in 2011 with the acquisition of Continuous Computing and is responsible for manufacturing operations. He was one of the co-founder of Continuous Computing in 1998 and served as vice president of manufacturing operations and deputy general manager of that company’s Platforms business unit. Bobby brings extensive knowledge of the theory and practical implementation of corporate information systems such as MRP, PDM, inventory control, workflow routing, and document management. Previously he worked for Xerox on projects at the International Monetary Fund, US West, Sequent Computers and CTB. Bobby has a B.A. degree in physics and mathematics from Occidental College.
