Health Plans

The RadiSys Health Plans are designed with flexibility in mind. You can customize your benefit coverages to best fit your individual or family circumstance. That's why RadiSys also extends group health benefits to domestic partners. There is no waiting period for coverage under any of RadiSys' benefit plans. Coverage begins as of date of hire for employees who are regularly scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week. Simply choose the options that make sense for you and your family.

Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage

RadiSys pays the major portion of the total cost of your health care coverage. You have a choice of four medical plans and two dental plans. Vision coverage is provided at no cost to employees. RadiSys medical plans provide coverage for naturopath, chiropractic and acupuncture services.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Our Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account lets you lower your taxable income by reimbursing eligible day care and elder care expenses on a pre-tax basis ­ up to $5,000 per year, per household. Our Health Care Flexible Spending Account lets you lower your taxable income by reimbursing eligible, out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses on a pre-tax basis ­ up to $4,000 per year.
