Cash Compensation
Your compensation will be driven directly by two factors: your individual contributions and your organizations' success. In other words, when RadiSys wins, you win.
Base Pay
Annual base pay represents the foundation of RadiSys' "Total Rewards" philosophy. Base pay at RadiSys is set based upon market conditions (based on a regular review of local market surveys), as well as your individual competence and performance.
Variable Compensation Plan
The RadiSys Variable Compensation program is designed to reward you for your contributions to the company’s success. Employees who are not in management participate in our Profit Sharing Plan. Our executives and management team participate in our Incentive Compensation Plan. Commission eligible employees have a portion of their cash compensation directly dependent on individual sales performance results.
The RadiSys Profit Sharing Plan is designed to share a portion of operating profits with all non-management employees. This Plan focuses on everyone succeeding together and supports the cross organization cooperation needed to execute our business strategies. This Plan rewards employees through a cash pay out twice each year on the attainment of corporate financial objectives.
The RadiSys Incentive Compensation Plan is designed to share a portion of operating profits with all management employees. The Plan is divided into two components: Profit Sharing and Individual Objectives. The Plan also pays out twice yearly on the attainment of corporate financial results, and also based upon individual performance results.
Recognition and Awards
RadiSys' Recognition and Awards Program recognizes significant contributions to the company, such as key innovations, technical leadership, outstanding teamwork, superior execution of key projects, and other achievements. Awards can take the form of substantial cash payments and/or other types of company recognition.
