Putnam CollegeAdvantage 529 College Savings Plan
A 529 savings plan that provides a tax-advantaged way for families to save for future college costs. You can contribute after-tax money, via the convenience of payroll deductions, and your savings accumulate tax-free in one or more of the 17 investment options managed by Putnam Investments. Participants can withdraw the money for qualified higher education expenses, free of federal income tax, to be used at any accredited college in the country.
College Scholarship Program
Your college-bound children pursuing a bachelor's degree in an accredited college may qualify for a scholarship of up to $2,000 a year for four years.
Adoption Assistance
RadiSys will reimburse an employee up to $5,000 to cover the cost of qualified adoption expenses. In addition, employees are also granted 40 hours of paid leave following the date the child is placed in the employee's home.

Charitable Contributions
At RadiSys, our goal is to be an asset to the local community. The United Way program provides a way for you to increase the impact of your charitable contributions to better serve our communities. RadiSys employees can make contributions to United Way through the convenience of payroll deductions.
Employee Referral Bonus Program
$1,000 bonus for non-exempt positions and $2,000 for exempt positions. Bonuses under this program are grossed up to cover the cost of payroll taxes, so recipients receive a check for the full amount shown for each position.
