Please contact our Technical Support Team first, if you need assistance with installation, configuration, or setup of your Radisys product; isolating and/or troubleshooting a suspected hardware failure; or have questions about our repairing, servicing or upgrading your Radisys product.
Customer Interaction Center
Use our Customer Interaction Center to submit and track Technical Support Issues and Product Service Orders (RMAs). You may obtain a Customer Interaction Center User ID by completing the Customer Interaction Center User Registration Form (Please see menu at left of page for a link to the Customer Interaction Center and related information).
You may also contact Technical Support by via email at support@radisys.com (response times to email requests will be longer than those received via the Customer Interaction Center). If requesting return authorization (RMA #), be sure to include the RadiSys serial number(s), RadiSys part number(s), detailed problem description(s), return shipping address, and billing address to prevent delays in processing your request.
