Reservationless and Meet-Me Conferences

The Radisys SIPware Reservationless Conferencing enables subscribers to set up conference calls dynamically in reservationless mode acting as an “always on” static bridge number—or schedule a traditional “Meet Me” conference call at a specific time. In addition the solutions allows users to set subscriber PINs and passwords and allows easy, instant access to conferencing services.

Reduced Cost, Increased Flexibility

A pure IP solution, Radisys SIPware eliminates expensive, dedicated TDM conference bridges—reducing acquisition and operational costs, and eliminating the need to manage multiple subscriber databases. The pure IP architecture also gives service providers the flexibility to deploy services pervasively throughout their networks while reducing network expenses, without having to interface directly to expensive TDM facilities.

Customizable IVR User Interface

With SIPware Reservationless Conferencing, service providers can readily specify call flow changes, including IVR logic and associated prompts, in order to meet specific market needs. Customization can range from small tweaks to an entire service replacement.

Complete Solution

The Radisys SIPware Reservationless Conferencing solution includes telephony service logic (IVR), web-based subscriber portal for creation and account management, subscriber database management including PIN number creation and authentication, audio mixing using an IP media server and support for output of a customizable AMA Customer Detail Record (CDR) format.

Unattended or Assisted Conference Calls

Conference call moderators and participants can use the Reservationless Conferencing service without the need for operator assistance, reducing service provider costs. For premium conference calling offerings, the service also supports the use of customer service representatives.
