Next-generation VoIP conferencing platforms based on IP media servers are increasingly being deployed by Conferencing Service Providers (CSPs) around the globe. What is required in CSPs’ operations to deliver the quality that clients have come to expect? This session will explore recent advances in voice quality, what is required from a platform and operations perspective, and discuss new advances in HD voice.
