China Small Cell Symposium 2012 (formerly known as China Femtocell Symposium) will be held on October 17 and 18 in Beijing, China. Femtocell technology was originally designed for the home but has since extended into enterprise picocells, urban metrocells and modern microcells for all manner of locations by providing improved cellular coverage, capacity and applications for homes and enterprises as well as metropolitan and rural public spaces. On the basis of three successful China Femtocell Symposium events, China Small Cell Symposium in 2012, seen as the door to China market, will work with three world-class Chinese telecom operators (China Telecom, China Unicom, China Mobile), attracting Government in-charge, international operators in small cell industry, manufacturers & vendors in small cell industry and vertical users together through giving presentation, discussing and showing the latest products and technologies, market status and operational model of small cell to finally promote the development of small cell in China. This is the event conducted as the start of a new era of Small Cell in Chinese mobile telecom field!
