Targeting Long Term Evolution (LTE) and Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) applications, the company’s new FlexTCA 40G offering constitutes the industry’s most advanced integration of switching and multi-core processing capabilities in the ATCA form factor.
Featuring highly-optimized backplane performance and a new generation of backward-compatible, best-in-class blades that minimize networking cost per bit, Continuous Computing’s FlexTCA 40G platforms are suitable for deploying core and edge elements in 3G wireless, Evolved High Speed Packet Access (HSPA+), WiMAX and LTE networks.
